I’ve been hearing for a very long time, and it seems to be increasing, or perhaps the change in my own perspective makes it appear more prominent … the expression of opinions by people, which go beyond the scope of what it would be possible for them to say with certainty, especially given their lack of specialist and contextual information.

Project Status: April 2016.

I thought I’d just publish a general update, and do these periodically (this being the first):

  • Crowdfunding has helped take a small amount of pressure off my shoulders, much appreciated;
  • This has allowed me to reduce my general stress slightly, and to get a couple of minor things;
  • The upside is that with reduced stress I’ve been able to focus a little better;
  • However I’m still in much greater need, so I’m considering a change of strategy (doing some digital publishing).

Everyone stop work! Immediately!

Unless of course you’re currently in the middle of something vital to saving lives, preventing some kind of harm to someone, or where harm or death could occur if you stop.

If the so called “leaders” of the world had any fucking sense whatsoever, they’d have said this a few decades ago … but on the economy churns, burning up what remains of the planet in a desperate attempt to prove the viability of a fundamentally flawed economic paradigm.

“Non-interference”: a convenient euphemism for “cowardice”

When innocent people (or even sentient beings of any other species) are suffering … and let’s just say in this particular hypothetical, there’s no issue at stake of any kind of karma … in other words, they’re innocent and have done nothing to deserve such suffering … you’d think the decent thing to do, would be to help … right?

Well … you’d think so … but apparently, according to a bunch of “new age” or “spiritual” type people I’ve met … apparently this suffering is perfectly OK, and it is more spiritual to leave them to their suffering, than to help.
